Kerosene Halo featuring Mike Roe and Derri Daugherty – September 12, 2019

Mike Roe and Derri Daugherty take a break from their bands The 77’s, The Choir and the Lost Dogs to bring you a more acoustic based evening of folk, roots music and alternative country.  Kerosene Halo’s music has been described as  simple, sparse, nostalgic and gorgeous. Their music is for late nights, early mornings, lazy afternoons and relaxing road trips down your favorite highways.   Their first album as Kerosene Halso included covers by Richard Thompson, Tom Waits,  Leonard Cohen and Larry Norman along with some originals and collaborations.

Kerosene Halo, featuring Michael Roe (77s, Lost Dogs) and Derri Daugherty (The Choir/Lost Dogs), will tour acoustic/electric in support of their fan-chosen covers album “Live Simple” featuring music from Echo & The Bunnymen, Tom Petty, The Beatles, and more.

To coincide with the tour, “Live Simple” will be released on vinyl as a “tour only” exclusive which
will be available directly from the band at each show. They also plan on performing music from Derri Daugherty’s most recent solo record “The Color Of Dreams” and the soon to be reissued Lost Dogs classic “Little Red Riding Hood.”
